This is our second mower from Swift and are very pleased with the service and delivery and also the mower

Does a great job easy to put together the collection box a bit tricky to put together

Love light weight don’t need driven wheels. Hate fragile plastic in plug and connectors for charging battery. I have already after one use had to tape up plug and a crack in connector. On the positive the mower works beautifully.

Battery life 20 minutes

Overall, I am really happy with this lawn mower. It's powerful, and glides over the lawn, cutting the grass perfectly. The five height settings are a real plus. The grass on my lawn was quite long before mowing, so I set the mower height on 3, and it was the perfect setting, leaving my lawn lush green. I would have given a 5 star rating if it wasn't for the fact that the wrong size 3 pin mains socket plug for the charger had been supplied, ie, the distance between the 2 holes on the back of the mains socket plug was narrower than that of the 2 pins on the charger, so the charger wouldnt fit. Fortunately I had a mains socket plug of my own that was comparable with the 2 pin charger. Another annoying issue, was that some paint was missing in a small area of the on/off lever leaving bare metal exposed. Looked like it had been chipped off. I guess some customers would have returned the mower because of these defects, but I couldn't be bothered to repackage, and go through the returns process. Besides, I had a half mown lawn, as my previous petrol mower seized up part way through, hence me buying the Swift, and it is so much quieter than the perol mower, much to the delight of my neighbours lol. Like I said earlier, overall I am very impressed with the Swifts looks, robustness, and performance.
